The Total Comm Systems Management Team completes a job opportunity and scheduling analysis to determine our staffing needs. The Human Resources Division has the responsibility to hire, compensate, and insure qualified applicants are properly trained. Once they are trained an employee is assigned to a division within the company where they are able to best pursue their abilities, interests, and training.
